Ed Scott’s commitment to Rialto spans decades. First elected to the Rialto City Council in 1996, Ed completed four terms of service through 2012 before returning to the Council in 2014.
Since returning, Ed has been re-elected by Rialto residents in 2018 and 2022. Throughout his service on the Council, he has also been appointed to serve as Mayor Pro Tem in 2017, 2019, 2021, and 2025.
His experience in city government has included a focus on economic development, public safety, infrastructure, housing, parks, and community improvements.
